Suez Cement participates 19th Interbuild Exhibition with its innovative products and services
Cairo, 21st June 2012. Suez Cement group of Companies (SCGC) will participate with a distinguished pavilion at the Interbuild Exhibition which will take place from 21-25 June, 2012 at the Cairo Conference Hall in Nasr City. The company's participation in this year's exhibition reflects its confidence in the future of the Egyptian market and the building and construction sector which remains a key driver of economic growth in Egypt.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, SCGC will unveil a number of innovative products and services such as Portland cement "CEM I 42.5 R" used for all types of ordinary concrete, Portland limestone cement "CEM II/B-L 32.5 N" used for general purposes and works of construction and plastering and Portland blast furnace slag cement "CEM II/A-S 32.5N" used for all types of concrete, especially mass concrete which is especially produced for Bravo Build Shop known as "Makhzan". These products are produced by the Tourah and Helwan cement plants. The idea of "Makhzan” was the outcome of the company's interest to reach the end-users directly through its branches of "Makhzan" across Greater Cairo.
SCGC, Egypt's largest cement producer, includes Suez Cement Company, Helwan Cement Company, Tourah Cement Company and Suez Bags Company. The Italcementi Group which is the main shareholder in SCGC, is the world's fifth largest cement producer, with operations in 21 countries.
