Digital Sales Coordinator

Job Overview 
Handles all digital sales activities, support and optimize our organization's digital sales programs/platforms, analyze the effectiveness of web content across platforms to ultimately assist our organization in achieving digital sales transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Implement and supervise the integration of various digital programs and Apps
  • Supporting marketing initiatives & creating and managing mailing lists.
  • Handling product and service launches.
  • Editing marketing material & Researching market trends.
  • Identifying and engaging with vendors, i.e. construction companies to promote our company products
  • Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.
  • Increase revenue from digital services by providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • Provide more personalized/detailed attention the online sector and provide tailored digital sales solutions to clients.
  • Monitor the sales team’s performance by identifying shortcomings and propose improvements to optimize process and services to achieve peak level of service
  • Speed up the sales process by following up on the invoices issuing process, clients deposits and bank transfers to ensure a timely level of service provided from other functions 
  • Monitor the company’s social media profiles and focus on company’s sustainable projects.
  • Handle the sales process with the direct sales team to ensure customers satisfaction 
  • Campaign management: understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution and quality control.
  • Conduct daily meetings with outside vendors and potential clients keeping excellent stakeholder rapport 
  • Prepare presentations and weekly/monthly reports to be presented to the sales direct manager and make suggestions for improvement based on analytics. 
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs      
  • Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of ‘0 Lost Time Injuries’ and to continuously improve the company's Health & Safety performance 
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

  • Achieving the annual digital sales targets
  • Accuracy & timing of reports provided 
  • Level of customer service requested (target 0 customer complaints)
  • Reaction time to customer complaints 

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and/or Mass communication including or equivalent 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience the sales field- or experience in similar position 

Skills required:  

  • Data analyzing 
  • Excellent SAP, software user and administration skills (computer savvy)
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Written and spoken English proficiency
