Built in 1977, the Suez plant has two production lines using the dry method production process. The cement plan, in addition to two quarries, covers an area spanning 3,095,000 m². 

Types of Cement Produced at the Suez Plant:

• CEM II A/P 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)
• CEM III A 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)
• CEM IV / A (P) 42.5N SR (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)
• MC 22.5 X (According to Norms EN 413-1/2011 and ES 8498-1/2022)

Suez Plant

The plant was established in 1981 and spans an area of 4,200,000 m².

Types of Cement Produced at the Kattameya Plant:

• CEM I 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756 -1/2022)
• CEM II A/P 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)
• MC 22.5 X (According to Norms EN 413-1/2011 and ES 8498-1/2022)

Kattameya plant

The Helwan plant was established in 1929 as the second cement production company to enter the Egyptian market. The company is located in southern Cairo and operate two dry production lines. The two lines were opened in 1985 and 1987.

The plant currently produces the following types of cement:

• CEM I 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022) 
• CEM II A/P 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)  
• MC 22.5 X (According to Norms ES 8498-1/2022 and EN 413-1/2011)

Helwan plant

Tourah plant was established in 1927. It consists of 2 production lines using the dry method production process on an area spanning 10,000,000 m².

The plant currently produces the following types of cement: CEM II A/P 42.5 N (According to Norms EN 197-1/2011 and ES 4756-1/2022)

Tourah Production is currently under mothball procedure and not operating.
