Suez Cement embraces the idea of injecting new blood in the organization. The objective of New Stars Program is to attract, select, develop, and hire best university candidates in Egypt and high ranked students with best technical knowledge. New Stars program is a program for hiring and developing future leaders in the organization to carry out its vision. We started by conducting three programs in two years in three different areas, start with technical program followed by Human Resources and then finance as a second phase.
